Return and Refund Policy

As a dropshipping operation, all products are shipped directly from our suppliers to the end customer. You have the right to return any product within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. For returns of defective or incorrect products, we cover the return shipping costs; otherwise, the customer is responsible for these costs. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
